Elastic waist summer dress

A lovely 100% rayon summer dress with a lining (100% polyester) under the skirt section, so it's a pale pink that's not see-through! The waist is elasticated, and as it's Simons' Twik brand, it's made rather small, so it's an S that's XS for adults.

Waist width flat: 10 ¼ in.
Width with elastic stretched: 16 in.

So comfortable for a waist size between about 20-29".

Chest width (measured from armpit to armpit): 14 in. flat, 17 ½ in. stretched

So comfortable for chests under 34".

Overall length: 35

There's a tiny thread sticking out at the bottom front, as in the last photo, but it doesn't show at first glance and could probably be replaced with a needle!
