Nice jacket, 9-12 is a bit small, I'd say more like 6 months.
Evolutive so does a long time, but I'd say 4 to 10 months max given the width of the sleeve at the wrist.
Excellent condition and very nice and practical, as it's slim and comfortable.
My daughter wears it in winter, so often under her coat, over her short-sleeved bodysuit.
