The brand label is missing, but according to my research it’s from Ulla Popken (plus size).

Also, there’s no size marked, but I’d say it’s at least a size 3x. Personally, it’s bigger than what I usually wear, but I love the flowy, oversized fit it gives me. It looks great with jeans or a skirt, a cami or bralette, or even as a cover-up. The pattern is so beautiful!

The pearlescent buttons add a touch of elegance.
